Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping times

Most of our pieces ship from the United States.

• Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
• Free shipping on orders over $75
• Flat rate: $6.95 on orders under $75

Shipping locations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time — we're working on it.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you don't receive tracking within 3 business days, please contact us.

Lost or stuck shipments

If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, email us at hello@bowerypetco.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. We'll either send a replacement or issue a refund if the package is confirmed lost.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
